Account Deletion
This page explains how Tefteri users can delete a signed-in app account and associated personal data. You can delete your account directly inside the Tefteri app or contact us if you no longer have access to the app. If you used Tefteri only in local offline mode without signing in, uninstalling the app or clearing its app storage removes the local notebook data from that device.
Delete Your Account in the App
- Open Tefteri.
- Go to the profile tab.
- Choose Διαγραφή λογαριασμού.
- Confirm the deletion.
- If requested, sign in again with Google so Firebase can verify the sensitive action.
When the in-app deletion succeeds, Tefteri deletes your Firebase Authentication account, your synced categories, visits, and reminders, and the local Tefteri data stored on that device.
Request Deletion by Email
If you cannot access the app, email privacy@pavlossta.com from the email address connected to your Tefteri account. Include that you want to delete your Tefteri account and associated app data.
We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before processing the request. We will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days unless we must keep limited information for legal or security reasons.
What Is Deleted
- Your Tefteri Firebase Authentication account.
- Your synced doctor/category records.
- Your synced visit history.
- Your synced reminders.
- Tefteri data stored locally on the device where you complete in-app deletion.
What May Remain Temporarily
- Firebase/Google backup copies may remain temporarily under provider backup retention processes before automatic purge.
- Minimal records needed to document and complete a legal, security, or support request.
- Local Tefteri data on another device until that device is opened, signed out, or cleared.
