React TypeScript Electron Office.js Turborepo Docker / nginx Context Qognity Suite is a privacy-first, multi-tenant AI operations platform. Teams connect Jira, email, room booking, and document systems to configurable agents and workflows, then review proposed actions before they reach operational tools.
My role As Qognity's sole frontend engineer, I own product UX, frontend architecture, implementation, testing, packaging, and release delivery across the React web application, Electron desktop shell, Microsoft Word add-in, shared packages, and user guide.
Engineering decisions Structured the frontend as a Turborepo with shared React and TypeScript components, hooks, API clients, and domain models while isolating browser, Electron, and Office host behavior. Designed human-review patterns around source context and explicit approve, update, reject, and reply actions, keeping AI proposals inspectable before they reach connected systems. Standardized delivery across Electron packaging, Docker/nginx and offline web bundles, GitHub Actions releases, GHCR promotion, and Caddy-backed development, test, and production environments. Outcome A production, multi-surface frontend that turns connected AI workflows into reviewable operational work, backed by one reusable foundation and repeatable releases across desktop, browser, and Microsoft Word.

Next.js React TypeScript Component registry Base application Context Pergamos is the institutional repository and digital library of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Its public service currently exposes more than 200,000 records and 1.3 million files across research outputs, theses, and heterogeneous digital collections.
My role As a primary maintainer of Butterfly’s frontend platform, I helped architect the configurable Next.js base application and shared component registry, then adapted that foundation to Pergamos’s Secretariat-facing workflows. I coordinated frontend delivery and mentored the junior developer responsible for the public website.
Engineering decisions Built Secretariat-side workflows for undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate thesis submissions, including metadata validation, file and access handling, approval, rejection, and change requests. Delivered manual thesis creation and editing, DOI operations, bulk imports, permissions, and metadata-heavy administration through reusable frontend components. Automated interlibrary book-loan and article-supply workflows that had previously been coordinated manually across Greek academic libraries, including request tracking and automated notifications. Outcome A reusable frontend foundation now supports both high-volume repository administration and bespoke institutional workflows, reducing duplicated implementation while giving administrative teams purpose-built operational tools.

Next.js React TypeScript Component registry Base application Context MONUMENTA documents and promotes the architectural and natural heritage of Greece and Cyprus. Its public platform currently presents more than 10,000 monuments and 40,000 photographs.
My role As a primary maintainer of Butterfly’s frontend platform, I extended the shared component registry and configurable Next.js base application for MONUMENTA’s backoffice, coordinated delivery, and improved performance across data-heavy management screens.
Engineering decisions Built create and update workflows for multilingual heritage records, including metadata validation, linked photographs and files, and relationships between records. Delivered backoffice management for pages, menus, news, events, content types, search, filtering, export, and users. Added project-specific configuration for map behavior, featured monuments, and image conversion while preserving the shared platform architecture. Outcome MONUMENTA’s team can curate structured heritage records and operate the content published to its website from one backoffice, while Niovity retains a reusable foundation for other product domains.

React Native Expo Firebase Android Context Tefteri is a mobile notebook for tracking dated obligations, reminders, history, and categories without making connectivity a prerequisite.
My role I own the product's design, implementation, and releases end to end, with the mobile architecture centered on typed navigation and dependable local-first behavior.
Engineering decisions Made offline local storage the baseline while keeping Firebase sign-in and synchronization optional. Integrated native notifications and structured reminder flows around the app's domain model. Automated Android releases through EAS and added over-the-air delivery for appropriate updates. Outcome A production Android application with resilient everyday behavior and a repeatable release process.

Context The site gives a clinical psychologist a calm, trustworthy web presence with clear service information and accessible contact journeys.
My role I translated the brief into the site's design, architecture, implementation, deployment, analytics, and ongoing operational setup.
Engineering decisions Used Astro's static-first model and isolated React only to interactions that need client state. Combined accessible flows and structured metadata with privacy-aware Google Maps loading. Added analytics, performance monitoring, and serverless email without turning the site into a heavy application. Outcome A fast, accessible production site with a small client-side footprint and a complete delivery and monitoring path.
